1. Data we collect

On this website (signup/login/billing), we store: your email, hashed password, plan/subscription details, and usage counters self-reported by the extension (number of shops/keywords/listings tracked — counts only, never the underlying Etsy data).

On the Chrome extension: your Etsy API key, Telegram bot token/chat ID (if you enable alerts), and full scan history are stored locally in your own browser (IndexedDB/chrome.storage) — we do not have access to or store this data on our servers. The extension calls the Etsy API directly using your own key (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key model), and sends alerts directly to the Telegram API using your own bot — never through our servers.

2. How we use it

Account data is used for: authentication, subscription/billing management, validating license codes from the extension, and support communication.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except our payment processor (Stripe) to process card transactions, and as required by law.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed before storage and never stored in plain text. License codes are random strings that can be revoked anytime from your dashboard.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support email.
