1. The service

We provide a Chrome extension that tracks bestselling Etsy products (calling the Etsy Open API v3 with your own API key) and a web dashboard for account, billing, and license management.

2. Your Etsy API account

You are solely responsible for registering with and complying with Etsy's own API terms (developer.etsy.com). We do not control the rate limits or access Etsy grants to your account.

3. Billing & subscriptions

The service is billed on a recurring subscription basis. Card payments are processed via Stripe; manual payments (PayPal/Pingpong) are verified and activated by our team within a few business hours. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not share a license code beyond your plan's device limit, or attempt to circumvent the service's technical limits.

5. Disclaimer

Estimated figures (sales, revenue, etc.) are for reference only, inferred from publicly available data via the Etsy API — they are not official Etsy figures and may be inaccurate. We are not liable for business decisions made based on these estimates.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; we will notify you by email or on this page.
