Every account gets a full-featured free trial for a set number of days before payment is required — please use this time to confirm the service fits your needs before purchasing.

Refunds

We consider refunds for: technical failures on our end that made the service unusable for an extended period, or duplicate/incorrect plan charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge, with a specific reason, via our support email.

We do not offer refunds for: trial periods already used, changes of mind after more than 7 days of active use, or violations of our Terms of Use.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time — the service remains active until the end of the already-paid period, with no further charges afterward.
